I teach the Body Codes Method because I have been inside the exact territory I take my clients into. The nervous system that was wired for survival. The identity built to keep me safe. The honest answers.
What's the difference between the three containers?
The depth and the arc. The 8-week covers the nervous system, safety, who you learned to be, shame, suppression, and energetic integrity. Complete work. The 12-week does all of that and goes further into your zone of genius, vision, and embodied leadership. The 6-month is the full transformation arc across six phases. All three are real. The longer you have, the further we go together.
Can I start with the 8-week and continue?
Yes. If you complete the 8-week and want to continue into the 12-week or 6-month, everything you've already paid is credited in full to the next container. You don't start over. You continue.
How much time does this require each week?
Your weekly 1:1 call with me. The pre-recorded training video, which is approximately 25-30 minutes. The exercises, which you move through at your own pace. And the daily practice, which is 2 minutes. This is not a programme that requires hours. It requires presence. That's different.
What does a typical week look like?
You watch the video training and move through the exercises in your portal before our call. The call is the integration of what the week opened. After the call you return to your portal and capture what landed. The daily practice runs every day regardless of where we are in the week.
Is this therapy?
No. This is mentoring, coaching, and somatic work. It is not therapy and I am not a therapist. If you are working through active trauma or a mental health condition, I recommend working alongside a licensed therapist. This work can be done in parallel with therapy, and many of my clients do exactly that.
What are the payment options?
Every container can be paid in full (with a saving) or via weekly payment plan. Weekly plans are set up so your final payment lands on the final week of your programme. No payments after you finish.
How do I know which container is right for me?
Apply and we'll have a conversation about it. I'd rather have an honest conversation with you and recommend what I genuinely think is the right fit than have you choose based on price alone. Sometimes the 8-week is exactly right. Sometimes I'll tell you the 6-month is what you actually need.
