What's the difference between the three containers?

The depth and the arc. The 8-week covers nervous system foundations, safety, unconscious programs, anger, and shadow work. Complete work. The 12-week adds grief and fear, identity mapping, the inner child, and masculine truth. The 6-month is the full arc across six phases. All three are real. The longer the container, the further we go.

Can I start with the 8-week and continue?

Yes. If you complete the 8-week and want to continue, everything you've already paid is credited in full to the next container. You continue, you don't start over.

Why is a woman running a men's program?

Because this work is about the nervous system, the body, and the unconscious patterns running your life. None of that is gendered. What I bring is 19 years of lived experience in this exact territory, and the ability to read what's actually happening beneath the surface regardless of who is in the room. Many of the men I work with say it's the first time they've been seen clearly without being judged. That's the work.

How much time does this require each week?

Your weekly call with me. The pre-recorded training video, around 25-30 minutes. The exercises, worked through at your own pace. The daily practice, which is 2 minutes. This requires presence, not hours. That's a different thing.

Is this therapy?

No. This is mentoring, coaching, and somatic work. Not therapy. If you're working through active trauma or a mental health condition, I recommend working alongside a licensed therapist. This work can run in parallel with therapy and many clients do exactly that.

What are the payment options?

Every container can be paid in full (with a saving) or via weekly payment plan. Weekly plans are set up so your final payment lands on the final week of your programme. No payments after you finish.

How do I know which container is right for me?

Apply and we'll have a conversation about it. I'd rather have an honest conversation with you and recommend what I genuinely think is the right fit than have you choose based on price alone. Sometimes the 8-week is exactly right. Sometimes I'll tell you the 6-month is what you actually need.
