hey, I’m Kristy Drake.
Founder of Universal Energetics Academy.
Universal Energetics Academy wasn’t created from a business plan.
It was created from listening, deeply when my body stopped letting me ignore the truth.
For years, I was intuitive, capable, driven, and outwardly “successful.” I could read energy, support others, lead, build, and hold space, yet my own body was quietly carrying the cost of pushing, overriding, and staying in survival far longer than I realised.
Like many people, I tried to think my way through it.
To regulate without really meeting what was underneath.
To keep going because that’s what strong people do.
Until my body said, enough.
Symptoms became signals.
Disconnection became information.
And what felt like a breakdown was actually an invitation to come home to myself.
Universal Energetics was born through that reclamation.
Not as another healing modality.
But as a way of teaching people how to listen to their body, trust their intuition, and create change without abandoning themselves in the process.
This work is the integration of everything I’ve lived, learned, embodied, and walked through, personally and professionally. It’s what happens when intuition is grounded, healing is ethical, and transformation is allowed to unfold in the body’s timing, not the ego’s.

The Body Codes Method Certification is a deeply embodied training for those who want to understand what the body is really communicating and how to work with it safely, intuitively, and powerfully.
This isn’t about memorising systems or following rigid protocols.
It’s about learning how to listen to the body’s language, read energetic patterns, and support real integration not just energetic clearing.
This method teaches you how emotions, beliefs, trauma, and stress store themselves in the body, and how to guide others (and yourself) back into regulation, self-trust, and wholeness.

The Universal Healer Practitioner Certification is an immersive training for those who feel called to hold space for deep, soul-level healing in themselves and in others.

It’s about learning how to work with energy safely, intuitively, and ethically, while honouring the body, the nervous system, and each person’s lived experience.
Through this certification, you’ll develop the ability to read energy, support emotional and energetic release, and facilitate healing that is grounded, embodied, and deeply respectful of the human experience.
