hey, I’m Kristy Drake.
Founder of Universal Energetics Academy.
Universal Energetics Academy wasn’t created from a business plan.
It was created from listening, deeply when my body stopped letting me ignore the truth.
For years, I was intuitive, capable, driven, and outwardly “successful.” I could read energy, support others, lead, build, and hold space, yet my own body was quietly carrying the cost of pushing, overriding, and staying in survival far longer than I realised.
Like many people, I tried to think my way through it.
To regulate without really meeting what was underneath.
To keep going because that’s what strong people do.
Until my body said, enough.
Symptoms became signals.
Disconnection became information.
And what felt like a breakdown was actually an invitation to come home to myself.
Universal Energetics was born through that reclamation.
Not as another healing modality.
But as a way of teaching people how to listen to their body, trust their intuition, and create change without abandoning themselves in the process.
This work is the integration of everything I’ve lived, learned, embodied, and walked through, personally and professionally. It’s what happens when intuition is grounded, healing is ethical, and transformation is allowed to unfold in the body’s timing, not the ego’s.

Fun Facts About Me
Just So You Know…
I can read energy in a room (and a body) within minutes, but I still deeply value slowing down and letting the body reveal its truth in its own time.
What looks like “intuition” to others is actually years of lived embodiment, deep listening, and learning to trust my own nervous system first.
I believe the most powerful healing happens when people feel safe enough to be fully themselves not fixed, not rushed, just met.
I can feel energetic misalignment before you finish your sentence, but I’ll still let you talk, because your body always tells the story better than your words.
Behind the work, the teachings, and the academy, I’m still very human. This space is built on depth and integrity, but also on real life, humour, and presence. Because healing doesn’t have to be heavy to be powerful, and connection matters just as much as transformation.
This work was built through embodiment, not theory and it’s designed to create results that actually matter.
From Lived Experience to Lasting Change
I launched this journey with a deep knowing that there had to be a more honest, embodied way to heal one that didn’t override the body or bypass lived experience.
What began as personal work quickly became a calling: to help people understand the patterns they were stuck in, not just manage the symptoms they were living with.
Through my work, I’ve supported people to create real, sustainable change, not by pushing harder, but by learning how to listen, integrate, and lead themselves from alignment.
This work has led to outcomes that truly matter, including:
Helping clients rebuild self-trust and regulate their nervous systems so they can make decisions from clarity, not survival
Supporting deep emotional and energetic release that creates lasting shifts in relationships, health, and leadership
Training practitioners to work with the body and energy ethically, safely, and with integrity
