YOUR JOURNEY STARTS HERE
Decode The Language
Of Your Body
Universal Energetics Academy is body-led work for people ready to trust themselves again, and training ground for the coaches and healers who guide them there.
Body-Led. Not Mind-Led.
Why Women Come To UEA
I'm Kristy Drake, founder of the Body Codes Method™. Before this work, I spent years in kitchens as a chef, then behind a salon chair, always watching the same thing: women who could run a business, a home, a room, and still couldn't hear their own body when it spoke.
The Body Codes Method exists because the nervous system holds what the mind alone can't reach. This isn't another framework layered over the top of you. It's a way back to what you already know, held in a body that's finally safe enough to listen to.
Every offer inside UEA, from a free community call to a full practitioner certification, is built on that same foundation.
